Casa HA is used only by its owner, Hugo Fonseca, on his own home server.
With the owner's consent, Casa HA reads Google Calendar events and, if enabled, Gmail message metadata (sender, subject, labels and unread counts). It does not read message bodies.
The data is used only to show the owner's calendar and email status on the home dashboard and to trigger home automations. It is processed and stored only on the owner's home server.
No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train any model. Casa HA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all further access. Locally cached data is deleted when the integration is removed from the home server.
